We manufacture Ptfe and Seals, either cut from sheet or machined. Diameters from 3mm up to 4.000 mm can be produced in one piece and diameters up to 10000 mm can be produced in sections. Tolerances can be as low as ±0,05 mm
Any shape of gasket can be produced, flange gaskets, gaskets for heating or thermosolar instalations, hydraulic seals or sandwich gaskets, etc.
Our products can be FDA or food certified.
We also produce gaskets in expanded PTFE, see under, a material very apt for installations with pressure of up to 200 bars and the need for chemical and thermal resistance. Theses gaskets adapt very well to irregular flange surfaces and are apt for pharmaceutic and food aplications.
